Collection Rate by Farm
Enrollment Growth — All Farms
RevPAK — Revenue Per Allocated kWh
Like hotel RevPAR, but for solar. The single metric that tells investors what every allocated kWh is actually earning. NMCSP pro-formas model theoretical rates at $0.0773/kWh (PNM), $0.0745/kWh (Xcel/SPS), and $0.06834/kWh (EPE).
RevPAK = Collected Revenue ÷ Allocated kWh. The gap between the theoretical rate (what pro-formas project) and RevPAK (what the farm actually earns per kWh) shows the revenue leakage from defaults, under-billing, and collection failures. Works at every level — per farm, per month, per utility, per cohort.
Investor Lens — RevPAK
RevPAK (Actual $/kWh)
Collected Revenue ÷ Allocated kWh. What every unit of energy actually earns after defaults.
Theoretical Rate (Target $/kWh)
Pro-forma modeled rate by utility. The ceiling RevPAK should approach at 100% collection.

Revenue Impact of Unallocated kWh
Unallocated kWh represents production from ASG solar farms that PNM did not distribute as bill credits to any subscriber. This energy was generated and delivered to the grid but produces zero revenue for ASG. Primary causes: insufficient subscriber enrollment (Global at 28.5%), Solstice failing to add new subscribers to fill capacity, and PNM exceptions blocking valid accounts. At current rates, this is costing ASG an estimated $0/year in lost revenue.
