Subscriber agrees to purchase a share of solar energy output from the Solscribe community solar facility located within their utility territory. The subscription shall continue for a term of twenty-five (25) years unless earlier terminated per Section 4.

Subscriber's Bill Credit Savings Rate of 15% of Solar Bill Credits is fixed for the initial subscription term per the Subscription Agreement. Monthly Solar Bill Credits will be automatically applied to Subscriber's utility account. Estimated monthly savings: $18. Estimated annual savings: $216.

There is no installation fee, equipment cost, or upfront deposit. Subscriber agrees to pay the monthly Solscribe invoice at the locked discount rate. Estimated monthly Solscribe bill: $85.

Subscriber may cancel with 30 days written notice. No early termination fees apply. If Subscriber moves outside the utility service territory, the subscription may be transferred or cancelled at no charge.

Subscriber's allocated share will generate Solar Bill Credits applied monthly to their PNM utility account. Credits are based on actual solar production and are not guaranteed to equal a fixed dollar amount each month.

Subscriber will receive two bills: (1) a reduced utility bill from PNM with Solar Bill Credits applied, and (2) a monthly Solscribe invoice at the locked discount rate. Together these will be less than the current utility-only bill.

Subscriber has received the NM Community Solar Program Consumer Tips and Program Flyer. Subscriber has the right to cancel within 3 business days with no penalty.

Charges will be initiated on or around the 1st of each month. Subscriber will receive an invoice notice 5 days prior to each charge. Payment method may be updated or cancelled at any time via the Solscribe subscriber portal.
